猛暑ですっ
めちゃくちゃ暑いですね
こんなに 暑すぎると 気分から涼しくならないと‥‥
と言う事で 久しぶりに 新神戸にある 布引の滝に行ってきました
滝によっておこる水の音
山の中を 歩く気持ち良さ
う～～ん‥‥ やっぱり暑い
こんなことでは 熱中症になってしまう
やはり 気分より実際に涼しくならないと 
すぐに布引の滝を後にし
いざ プールへ 夏休みのせいか ものすごい人 しか～し
プールの中は 冷たく暑さを感じないほど 体は冷めてきました
やっぱりプールにきて 正解だっ 
一時間くらいプールで ちゃぷちゃぷしていると
歳のせいか 体がしんどい‥‥ 
このままでは 明日の仕事に影響がっ
すぐにプールを後にし‥‥ 涼しくゆっくりできるところ
いざ 映画館へ
座ってから映画が終わるまで 終始 寝てました‥‥
充実した一日でした
